The Mindshifter group met again in Woodstock, IL on Tuesday and will meet again tonight in Crystal Lake, IL from 6:30-9:00pm. The tools that we teach and use in these groups are based on the work of Dr. Michael Ryce, and are informed by the knowledge that comes from the ancient Aramaic definition of Forgiveness. In this work, Forgiveness is a tool for removing anything that is less than Love from my mind and body. This tool is combined with a variety of other tools to provide a well-rounded approach to improving the quality of one’s life, in mood, relationships, mental, and physical health.
There is an Internet radio show which has been running for over four years now, every weekday from noon to 1:00 pm CST, which is devoted to teaching and supporting the use of these tools. The shows are archived on BlogTalkRadio and can be accessed through Dr. Ryce’s website at www.whyagain.org.
