As we approach the completion of the fourth year of my experiment with doing a solo hour of Mindshifters Radio I have been moved to compile a series of audio files of special shows. The thing that makes these shows special is that they are shows during which I shared my personal processing, and or read worksheets that I had completed when I was triggered to upset.
These shows can serve as a tutorial on how to use and get maximum benefits from one of the most powerful, effective, efficient, and completely accessible tools I have ever encountered. This work has positively impacted my life so much that for the past 18 years I have donated my time to lead the Tuesday night Mindshifters Support Group, and 10 years ago I expanded my office to donate another night of the week to host the Thursday Mindshifters Support Group. I have also participated in the Mindshifters Radio broadcast on BlogTalkRadio one hour a day, five days a week since January 2011. Then in March 2019, I expanded that offering by doing a second hour of Mindshifters Radio five days a week.
