I was once again honored to be asked to speak at the Unity Church in Rockford, IL this past Sunday. The church is having a dear friend of mine, Tricia Alexander, speak each month this year and she has chosen to focus on the book The Way of Mastery. Tricia asked me to craft a talk on lesson 7 from The Way of Mastery titled: “Birthing The Mind Of Christ”. It was quite a challenge to try to introduce such powerful topic in just a twenty minute talk.
Those who have read this blog for a while know that I have read, reread, and listened repeatedly to The Way of Mastery for years now. I have also introduced this material to the two Mindshifters Support Groups I have been running. The Tuesday Mindshifters Group was the original impetus for me to begin writing this blog, over eleven years ago. (For more information about the groups – Click Here )
I will include the link to the audio of my talk on Sunday for those who may want a little incentive to explore The Way of Mastery, or for those who want an insight into how I feel that work relates to modern neuro-science, and Guy Finley’s work.
